Victoria Beckham's Hairstyle Photos And How to Do The Pob

How to style the Pob!

1. Use a texturizing shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

2. Towel dry your hair and work in a small amount of anti-frizz balm and a dollop of volumizing mousse through your hair.

3. Using your hair dryer and a round brush, smooth hair towards your face, boosting more movement in your hair.

4. To style a cowlick, try blasting the heat on the unruly piece of hair first in one direction, then in the next direction, and after repeating a few times, the hair should sit the way you want.

5. Once dry, use a bit of pomade or wax to spike up the shorter pieces and seperate longer strands.

6. Use a small amount and rub between your hands to get the product soft, warm and pliable.

7. When your hair is styled, finish off with a touch of glossy shine serum and a spritz of finishing spray. Throughout the day you can touch and fluff up your hair.

8. Shorter styles usually require a bit more maintenance than longer ones. You'll need to get regular trims every 4-6 weeks, and keep that color fresh as there is nowhere for roots to hide.

9. You won't need to wash your hair everyday as choppier styles usually hold up well with slightly dirty hair.

Fall Fashion Trends And Tips

As the sizzling hot and stylish summer is unwinding and the weather is cooling, its now time to update your look and style to be more fashionable and trendy this fall 2008. Fall fashion trends always run towards stylish sweaters and scarves. It was also pretty much about retro-style fashion. Dress yourself up in chunky shoes and wide belts, and you're a fashion diva this season. Accessories are pretty much in demand this season. You can pump up your look with fashion neclace, oversized handbags, bangles and other jewelry which can complement your overall look this fall 2008.

Here I listed down some guide about the latest fashion trend this season.

1. The Color of Fall

Grey and Black is the ultimate comfort color of the season. Blend it with a red accent is perfect for it. You can also pair grey with cobalt, and other colors such as purple, yellow or green, and even black. It’s lovely to create a POP of color in accessories, such as a handbag, shoes or gloves.

2. Dont Forget Your Handbags!

Naturally, we can't forget one of our favorite accessories. Handbags! A handbag is the ultimate accessory to complete your outfit and adorn your uniqueness. Oversized bags in patent leather, pebble-grain leather, clear plastic is what in style this season. But you can also wear medium-size envelope bag or a clutch in metallics or shiny satin.

3. The Makeup

The makeup industry very closely mirrors the trends of the fashion industry. The color palettes this fall are golds, peaches and plums. As with anything in color, remember to choose colors that are right for your skin tone.

4. Fashionable Footware

Shoes and dress boots this fall come in a variety of styles. Round toe flats come in a variety of colors. A pair of black dress flats may come with a grey or red bow embellished with jewels. Shoes may be patterned in plaid, plain or colored, patent leather, hounds tooth, or maybe polka dot. Red stilettos may have a black strap, buckle or silver button ornamentation. Purple is a popular fashion color for multi strapped pumps this year. Colorful knee high dress boots adorn the models this fall. The high heeled cuffed bootine and comfortable belted leather boots for dressier occasions are all the rage.

In generally speaking, fashion this fall and winter is full of bright, vibrant accessories paired with the classic colors of grey and black clothing styles of past years. It is a great time to blend the old with the new to create a look to suit your own personality and sense of style. Enjoy!

Spring Fashion Trends

spring fashion image2008 spring fashion breathes life into a sombre world. The fantasy world of fashion provides us with some respite. Fashion runways burst into color. The look this season is breezy. Cheerful. An escape from the dreary world outside.

Here are a list of new and latest spring fashion trends this 2008

1. Prints

With the arrival spring, an array of mind-boggling prints prevail. From solid graphic color-block styles to an flurry of tiny colorful graphic shapes. Psychedelic prints to simple blocks of color are among the hot looks this season.

Florals too bloom everywhere. On skirts, dresses and even tops. For women and even the men, where resortwear is concerned.

Then there are the animal prints. Though not as prevalent as graphic prints and florals, animal prints are back, giving primal appeal to accessories as well as tops and dresses.

2. Color

Spring brings more than candy-colored brights. Colors in general are breezier. White, gray and taupe, tan and khaki have taken over as the neutral shades of the season. Colors may be muted or bright as in canary yellow, red, pink, lime green and every color under the sun. The rule is if it looks great on you, no matter how bright it might be, wear it.

3. Pregnancy Inspired Clothing

This isn't a style I particularly like but on a slender figure, if the material is luxurious enough, it can look good. Loose, comfortable dresses in silky fabrics seem to the thing to wear this season. Thankfully, belts are allowed, so if that loose dress makes you look fat, belt it with a wide belt. The difference can be amazing.

4. Sugar and Spice and All Girly Things

Spring brings out the Lolita look. Grown women dress like little girls with ruffles, frills and tiers which instead of looking ridiculous, when done right, look ultra-feminine.

Ruffles are everywhere. Along the neckline, which can provide a boost up there for women with smaller bustlines. Tiered skirts with ruffles from hips down are very flattering for women with narrow hips, giving them the illusion of curvier hips. The trick is to use frills, ruffles and tiers to fill out the curves you wish you had.

Always remember to update your look every time new season will arrive. Dont be afraid to try new things and always wear clothes that fit to your body. Help it helps. Enjoy!

Spring Fashion Tips

Finally spring has arrived, my favorite season of the year. Though it may still be chilly outside, spring fashion is heating up. From futuristic and edgy, to romantic and flowy, here’s a glimpse of the hottest trends of the season.

Tip #1: Yes To Light, Forget The Dark
Nobody wants to see you in dark and dreary clothing at the start of Spring! Put away your blacks and dark blues, and take out your whites, reds, pinks, and yellows.Be careful with this one as some complexions are not cut out for stark white. If you are nearing middle age, try using white in your accessories instead of brilliant white jackets or skirts. Everyone should be cautious about what we call Minnie Mouse shoes and please don't break out the white pants, skirts and shoes until after Memorial Day. I don't care what anyone says. Some rules are not meant to be broken.

Tip #2: Put away Those Pants and Go For Skirts and Dresses
You don't have to wear boring jeans every day. Instead, buy some colorful skirts and dresses to brighten your Spring Wardrobe. If you hate wearing anything you can't run around in, find some colorful slacks that look nice.

Tip #3: Show Your Happy Feet
Spring is the time to show your toes. Get yourself a pedicure and then go somewhere affordable like Target or Nordstrom's Rack to look for great shoe deals. Buy a nice array of heels and flats in a variety of colors and styles. Remember, don't buy a pair of shoes just because they are pretty, buy a pair of shoes because they fit nicely and are comfortable enough to walk in.

Tip #4: Blouses are back
After years of being out of the spotlight, blouses are at the front of the fashion parade this spring. Try anything ultra-feminine such as lace, sheer or linen. The best way to update your suit for the office is to add a ruffled blouse for high impact.

Tip #5: Accessories On The Go
Chunky necklaces are still in this season as well. Look also for shell pendants, necklaces, earrings and bangle bracelets in both soft shades of natural white and pink and vibrant tones of green, yellow and turquoise. Wood jewelry in deep, dark brown accented with gold metal for a clean, modern look will add drama to summer brights.

Remember no matter what styles you choose, you should always make sure you have other pieces (we recommend three) already in your wardrobe with which to coordinate. Also, be cognizant of the styles and how they look on someone of your age. Always be aware of shape and color and how it relates to your body. Just because they make it in your size does not mean you should wear it. Now enjoy the spring weather and flowers and have fun accessorizing your wardrobe.

More Women's Hairstyle Trends for Spring and Summer This 2008

celebrity hairstyle trends imageIf you're ready for a Spring makeover in 2008, be prepared for some celebrity-inspired styles and unique updos to tame those tresses. Fashion Week put the spotlight on the some great looks for the season, with super-long lengths and pixie-style bobs leading the runway. No matter how long or short your hair may be after winter, you can look forward to layers, razor cut bobs, and blunt bangs to freshen up for the season. Here are the top women's hairstyle trends for Spring 2008:

Long and Curly
If you've been considering a perm these past few seasons, Spring 2008 is to jump in and go for it. Supermodels at the Calvin Klein presentation sported some curly ringlets in golden blonde and brunette colors. Medium-sized, tight curls are one of the leading looks of the season, and the extra-long length makes it super versatile.

Blunt Bangs
Blunt bangs are especially flattering for round and square face shapes, and can help balance out high cheekbones. Go for blunt bangs cut just over the eyebrow level for a modern, sophisticated look. These can easily be swept to the side if you decide to change up the style at a moment's notice.

Sculpted Bob
The bob continues to be a top trend this season, but the year calls for a soft and romantic version instead of the super-blunt cuts of Fall 2007. Soften up the look with large curlers or a curling iron, and go for a side part that covers the forehead.

Twisted Updos
The season's updo trends center around super-sculpted buns and twists; go for a sophisticated French twist by piling hair high up on the head and creating a 'knot'. The look was carried off perfectly by Gwen Stefani for the L.A.M.B. presentation at Fashion Week, and it's a great choice for warmer days.

Half Ponytails
Go for a teased side ponytail for a sophisticated and romantic look for Spring. It's the season for romance and the ponytail continues to be a super-feminine option for medium and longer lengths. Make it sleek and sophisticated with a flat iron, or where it loose with a natural wave.

Razor Cut Bob
The razor cut bob is the opposite of the sculpted version, and continues to be a top trend this year, except in a longer length. Instead of ending at the chin, the longest layer can now drop to the shoulders. Extreme side parts and zig-zag effects are great ways to pull of this look.

Finish off updos or dress up a simple bob with a few glittery hair picks and beaded accessories for a romantic touch; Spring 2008 trends are flirty, playful, and youthful. Are you ready for your spring hair makeover?

More Summer Hairstyles For Men and Woman

celebrity hairstyle imagesSpring is knocking on our doors, but the summer time isn't far as well. So today we will present Summer 2008 trendy hairstyles.

Angled Bob Hairstyle
One of the trendiest looks for 2008 summer hairstyles is probably the angled bob hairstyle. Why is that so? Because many trend setters such as Victoria Beckham, Rihanna and many others have the same type of haircut. And there is one more thing that's cool with "angled bob", it can be sculpted and angled in any desired way and which is great because you have more options to choose from. The most popular angled bob hairstyle will probably be the classic shaped bob, that’s longer in the front and frames around your face shape.

Fashion Tips on Dressing for a Job Interview

hot clothes to wear on job interviewYour interview attire is more important than you think so let your talent and personality get you noticed, not your wild tie or brightly colored socks. The right clothes give you an opportunity to make the right impression. I have outlined 4 important tips on dressing for a job interview.

On the day of our interview, before you even begin to get dressed, there is one thing you should avoid. You may be tempted to follow your normal routine of splashing your favorite cologne or aftershave on after you hop out of the shower. Don’t do it for your interview, you don’t want to overwhelm the interviewer. They may not like your fragrance as much as you do.

What to Wear. . .
To a more formal interview: It helps to know how formal the company you will be interviewing with is and if wearing a suit is necessary. I hate to state the obvious, but it is important to go in a suit and tie to any company that's part of a more formal industry, such as banking, law or brokerage. Choose a basic black, dark gray or navy suit. Also opt for black leather lace-up shoes and a black belt. Blue shirts are a great choice since they compliment most skin tones and easily coordinate with most suit colors. Choose a flattering tie that goes well with both the suit and shirt you have chosen.

To a less formal interview: Some less formal industries such as software development and technology companies will not require a suit. However, it's better to wear something a little nicer than what everyone in the office is wearing. So choose something dressy but casual. Such ensembles might include pressed khakis or trousers, a well pressed button-down shirt, and of course some sort of nice looking dress shoe and matching belt. You may even want to thrown on a blazer. Navy blazers look great with khaki pants.

Shoes and Belts
Pay attention to details such as matching your belt to the color of your shoes. Choose black shoes if your outfit consists of dark gray, navy, brown or black. Opt for dark brown shoes if you'll be wearing tans or medium toned colors. I hate to sound like your mother, but polish or clean your shoes before your interview. Scuff marks on your shoes make you look tattered, and we can't have that.

Keep interview accessories minimal and professional. Use some sort of bound portfolio to carry your resume, references or other papers. Men should limit jewelry to a wristwatch and cufflinks if you wear them. Earrings, necklaces, nose rings, and such are not interview material (for the man who wants the job anyway). Whatever the type of industry, men should wear jewelry sparingly.

HINT: Always brush and blow dry in same direction.

2. Separate into three sections.
3. Clip back the two side sections.
4. Grasp the middle section between the fingers, and looking straight ahead cut off about 1/4 inches.
5. Unclip side sections and repeat.

Tips on How to Look Slimmer

slim waist imageEveryone wants to have that slim, beautiful body, but unfortunately it doesn’t always happen that way. Weather we don’t have time for the gym, or we just basically get lazy, sometimes fitness isn’t always at the top of our list (even if we think about it all the time!). So here are some secrets to not being slimmer, but at least looking slimmer!

Wear Monochromatic Colors
Staying away from patterns and an array of different colors is a good idea because you don’t draw so much attention to your problem areas. So try wearing no more than two colors at a time.

Stay Away From Baggy Clothes
Baggy clothes don’t hide your imperfections, they make them stand out! The best thing you can do is wear clothes that fit you. Not ones that are baggy, but not ones that are too tight either.

Wear Accessories
Again, accessories draw attention from any problem areas. So try stacking up some bangles on your arms, a long pair of necklaces , or just a sparkling brooch.

Wear a Lower Waistline
Choose pants that have lower waistlines. Make sure they have a flat front and no pleats, as that will make you look bigger. The lower waistline helps elongate your legs. Make sure the pants are long enough and they don’t cut off at the ankle.

Belt Mania
Wearing belts can give you longer legs, if you know how to wear them. Position it lower on your hips.

You Can Wear Skinny Jeans as Well as Bellbottoms
You can actually still wear skinny jeans as long as you pair them with a voluminous top or a long blazer. Make sure to add some sexy hells. Bellbottoms are best worn with a fitted top.

19 Hot Fashion Tips

1. Try on all of your favorite clothes. Take notes on how they fit and flatter you. Then shop for similar colors, fabrics, shapes and lengths.

2. A great fit can make an outfit, just as a poor fit can break it!

3. A well-cut suit is one of the most flattering outfits you can own. Remember: dark tones create a long line.

4. Choose a fingertip length jacket or one that falls mid-hip. Pants should be straight leg or boot cut and the hem should be worn slightly long.

5. Select flat knit, fine rib and jersey tops; Choose pants with flapless pockets, flat fronts with just enough stretch for added comfort.

6. Show off the trimmest parts of your body by combining a tight fitting piece with a loose fitting one.

7. Any color worn head to toe in a clean, unbroken line will produce a dynamically slimming effect.

8. Don't worry if separates don't match exactly. Tonal variations are a creative alternative.

9. Taller bodies can take larger prints and more contrast.

10. The darker a print's background, the slimmer the look.

11. Blouses: a collared shirt always gives a torso a few good inches and frames the face handsomely.

12. A slim v-neck makes the neck appear longer and is usually very flattering.

13. Boatnecks are great for minimizing waists and hips, while maximizing sexy shoulders.

14. If your legs are fuller inside, try a side slit. If your legs are fuller outside, a mid-front or back slit is a better choice.

15. There is never an excuse for panty lines! A thong is a girl's best friend - they even come with tummy control.

16. Bright colors bring attention to an area - make sure you wear them wisely and only on your most flattering body parts.

17. Dark hosiery is in this fall. While brightly colored turquoise and scarlet hose may look great in the store window, muted hues like teal and wine are much more flattering. Match the shoe and the hose color to tighten the look even more.

18. A shoulder bag tucked quietly under the arm is most flattering.

19. Stilettos are back and in spite of the discomfort at times - they make your legs look like a million dollars!

Hot Summer Hairstyles

The best summer hairstyles are easy to manage, fun, and sexy. No matter what your hair type you can find a great summer hairstyle that plays up your best features. Men and women alike need a great summer hairstyle and there are many different types of fun styles to take advantage of.

Short and Light

One fun hairstyle for summer, for either men or women, is a short and light style. Men can cut the hair short all over while leaving the top layers a bit longer and shaggy. Women can cut a below the ear bob with many different layers that create a shaggy yet sexy summer look. Both men and women can add light blond highlights, strategically placed, that give a sun kissed look to the hairstyle.

For men and women with longer hair the ponytail is the best summer hairstyle. There are several reasons why. First, it keeps the hair pulled back, out of your face, and off your neck. This translates into a cool hairstyle with minimal work. Also, ponytails are easy for women and can go from casual to classy with just a little bit of styling gel and a pretty clip or pin. The same goes for men who can gel the hair before putting it in a ponytail for a classier look. Overall, ponytails are a fun summer hairstyle that work really well for men and women, are versatile, and don’t require a major change in hairstyle. Some strategically placed highlights can further enhance the cool summer style of the ponytail.

Half Up, Half Down

A fun summer style for women is the half up, half down style. Lots of women like to wear their hair down, but in the summer this is more of a challenge thanks to the heat and wind. But, a half up, half down style allows for a “down” look while keeping the hair out of the face and the woman cool. This look is achieved by pulling the top portion of the hair into a ponytail, clip, or barrette and securing it. The bottom portion of the hair should be left loose. This look is fun, flirty, and above all cool for the summertime.

summer hairstyle 2008 imageAnother great summer style for women is the braided look. This works for women with medium to long hair styles. The hair can easily be pulled into a low ponytail and braided, French braided, corn rowed, and more. There are so many different ways to braid hair that women can experience with different types of braids and styles. It’s a fun and flirty style and really keeps the hair out of one’s face and keeps hair maintenance to a minimum.

Shaved Heads

A great look for men during the summer is a shaved head, or else a really short cut. The benefit of this cut is that it is very cool, dries super fast, and requires no effort. Men who have a busy summer schedule or who just can’t be bothered with styling their hair will really love the shaved look. It’s a cool summer style that is fun for the hot months and can easily be grown out for the winter months.

The suggestions here are just some of the popular summer hairstyles. The best summer hairstyle for you is one that fits with your lifestyle and your personality. Choose a summer style that is fun, manageable, and takes little time to style. The less you have to style your hair the more time you will have for the beach! Go ahead and find your perfect summer style today so you will be ready when the summer months roll around.

Skin Care Tips For Summer

Skin behaves differently from season to season, and as a result, skin care routines should adjust with the weather. And this summer, your skin's natural oils flows freely and you'll be surprised that your summer skin suddenly looks dull, blemished and oily unlike in winter season by which your skin looked more radiant because your skin's oil solidifies.

Summer is a season where you should pay extra special attention to your skin, otherwise you’ll probably regret it later. So before plunging yourself into the pool or head to the beach, I listed some tips on how you take care of your skin this hot and sunny summertime.

Tip #1: Sunscreens
Coat your face and body with sunscreens before going outside at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more for deeper protection for your skin. Just remember that sunscreens, no matter how high the number, doesn't blocks 100 percent of UV rays. Sunscreen should not be considered a free pass to spend all day in direct sunlight.

Tip #2: Dress-up
Lightweight and light colored clothing combined with plenty of sunscreen protection on exposed and unexposed skin is a good way to protect yourself. Classic summer clothes, like a tank top and shorts, provide little in the way of sun protection. A basic white cotton T-shirt gives you the equivalent of only about SPF 5 (get it wet and that drops to about SPF 3). The key to sun protection is the fabric's weave: The tighter the weave, the better it blocks UV rays. Color also plays a role. Darker shades absorb UV light, so less radiation makes it through the fabric to the skin.

Tip #3: Water Magic
Drink plenty of water. Water is the best, but any fluids that don’t contain a lot of caffeine, sugar, alcohol, or salt will work. Outdoor play or exercise, especially in the Summer, increases your risk of dehydration. This is one risk you don't want to take since it not only affects your performance and robs your skin of vitality, but also may be potentially hazardous to your health.

Tip #4: Sunglasses
Another barrier against sun damage comes in the form of eye wear. Protect not only your eyes, but also the skin around them by wearing sunglasses that offer 99 to 100 percent of the sun's UV rays. If your not sure about your sunglasses, find a American Optometric Association's Seal of Acceptance on it. If there's none, get them tested at eyeglass stores. They have a photometer that can measure the lenses' level of UV protection.

Summer is a time for sun, fun and physical activity. Sipping on a cool drink, participating in your favorite activity and enjoying the long days of summer. No matter what you like to do, with a little insight and these few tips you can help reduce the effects of summer skin problems and make you have a memorable vacation. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

Summer Fashion Tips: 10 things to remember this summer to look amazing

hot summer tips imageSummer fashion is heating up. From sporty and chic to lighter and brighter patterns, but first of all you must remember few important things to really look great and amazing this hot season.

1. Sun protection
Always wear a sunscreen. No matter where you are – at the beach, at work or at home, always wear sunscreen. The sun’s UV rays can easily damage your skin. The sun radiation make your skin age prematurely, change the skin’s structure and can form dark spots. Using sunscreens now would definitely deliver benefits later in life.

2. Let your skin breath
Leave the foundation off. Seriously, there is nothing worse than seeing a woman with greasy foundation. During the day use lighter products such as face powder or concealer and apply them only to the problem areas. You can use a little foundation in the evening to create more even base for the makeup, but choose oil-free product. Let your skin breath, even for a while.

3. Sun-kissed tan
A sun-kissed tan can make wonders for your appearance. Applying bronzers and bronzing powders are wonderful ways to give your face a sun-kissed tan.

4. Light shades
Keep the dark eyeshadows for the evening. Summer is the time for the light shades, close to your natural skin tone. A little sheen at the edge of the brows and brown mascara will liven up your face.

5. Water impermeability
We advise you not to go to the beach wearing makeup, but if you can’t – use waterproof products. Use waterproof mascara – it won’t dissolve in water, but never, never go to the beach wearing foundation or face powder.

6. Summer glow
Buy body lotion with light-reflecting ingredients and apply it to the whole body, but don’t forget to exfoliate your body beforehand. Your body will be dazzlingly and healthy-looking.

7. Fresh cheekbones
Use blusher to add color to your face and to warm up your skin. Smile and apply it with a wide sable brush to the cheeks.

8. Lovely feet
Do a pedicure to enhance the appearance of your feet – use light colors, pink, peachy, red and blue are appropriate for the hot summer months.

9. Protect your hair
Yes, as well as the skin, the hair is also susceptible to sun damage - use hair products with SPF protection, wear hats or head scarves.

10. Sun protection
Our first advice was to protect your skin from the sun, and it is the same and now. It’s really very important. Even if you don’t wear any makeup a sunscreen is a must.

So by doing this tips, I can assure you that you will be having very beautiful summer season coming ahead of you.

Tips on Preventing Dark Underarm

smooth underarm imageDark underarms are very common problem specially in women. That nightmare limit them to wear some of their favorite clothes specially those sleeveless clothing for their own hot fashion style. Also those ugly hairs really worsen the scene.

There are many causes why your underarms get dark. These are:

1. The rubbing of the armpits skin against each other.
2. Friction due to tight blouses and tops that brush against the skin
3. Long term use of deodorants with alcohol or other strong chemicals.
4. Shaving and plucking.
5. Excessive sweating
6. Build up of dead skins
7. Overweight
8. other skin disease like skin asthma

Among the list, the most common cause of darkening of the armpits is the rubbing of it against each other. At this point, friction is really building up in the skin of our armpit that might produce some microscopic bruises that will cause darkening as time passed by. The same thing also happened in rubbing of your clothes against your armpit specially tight blouses and tops. So as much as possible, avoid tight blouses and free your armpit from your clothes and let it loose.

Harmful chemicals such as alcohol might also causes your underarm to get darken. Our skin react from those chemicals which causes some discoloration on it. Too bad some deodorants that we buy in the store contains these substances. So watch out first what you were buying and see if what it is made of specially in buying deodorant.

girl with smooth armpit imageAlso take note of this, every time you shave or pluck, you cause micro abrasions. When healed, these wounds cause darkening. You may not be aware of these, but you can easily confirm it by putting alcohol on your underarms after you pluck or shave. It's going to be very painful because of the abrasions. Shaving and plucking can also cause armpit hair to stand straight up and enlarge hair follicles, making your armpit take on the appearance of chicken skin. I would say that don't do it regularly. As much as possible, go to the dermatologist to solve this problem.

Excessive sweating of your underarm also causes it to become darker. Specially when you didn't clean your underarm right away. Our sweat reacts to the skin and might causes some discoloration reaction in our armpit. Also it contains bacteria and other harmful organism for which it was very harmful in our skin that causes irritation and wounds if not cleaned right away. So wash your armpit regularly to cleans it and get rid off some bacteria away from your skin.

Health issues also serve why our underarms become darker. Extra weight aggravates pigmentation and darkens some areas of the body, including the nape, underarms, and back of the knees. Also skin diseases specially skin asthma might be a big factor too.

Eliminating all the factors causing skin to darken will helps you solve this very common problem. And following those tips really helps you a lot to maintain your white smooth underarm for long period of time. Now you can easily wear your hot fashionable clothes anytime you want without feeling embarrass from others Always remember that patience and discipline is the key to do it properly to achieve the best result that you ever wanted in no time. These are caused by excess oil that is oxidized which causes them to turn black in color. These black pigmentation is not really result of dirt in the pores but it was actually cause due to the trapped sebum and bacteria in the pores which turn black due to melanin, the skin's pigment. Blackheads tend to be stable structures, and often take a long time to clear because the contents very slowly drain to the surface.

What Causes It?
There are many possible factors that cause blackheads to buildup. These are:
1.changing of hormonal levels in adolescent and other adult the leads to increasing of oil production on the skin.

Also dont forget to remove makeups or other cosmetic products in your skin before going to bed at night. It will only harsh your skin and may absorbs and block the pores of your skin. It was also important to keep your skin hydrated to cleans the pores and prevent the formation of blackheads. So drink water regularly for at least 8 full glasses per day. But if you willing to spend money for this problem, dont hesitate to go on a professional dermatologist and im pretty sure that they will knock them out.

For some unfortunate individuals, they might continue to suffer from acne decades later, into their thirties and forties and even beyond.

Acne really a burdensome and might affect a person's life which can cause great deal of embarrassment and stress. A person who's have acnes all around their faces will significantly limit one's social life and some other important miscellaneous activities regarding life improvement. There are many tips in the web right now regarding this topic, i will only site the very important and essential tips on how to treat and prevent acne.

Avoid Being Stress
One of the major factor in acne problem is the buildup of stress in your body. Based on the study, when under stress the body produces hormonal steroids, such as cortisol which promotes acne. I know we cant avoid being stressed but we can do something to lessen the effect of stress in your skin. This is done by stepping up the daily skin care regimen to offset the skin's response to stress. During these times, cleanse very thoroughly, or cleanse three times a day rather than two. When the stressful situation passes, return to the normal daily skin care regimen.

Do Not Squeeze/Scrub Out Your Acne
You will just messing your skin if you do this. You just worsen the effect of acne and there's a big possibilities that it might lead to infections or scarring. Just do a mild and gentle wash on your face with a cleanser for about 2 times a day and don't overdo washing because it might irritate your skin.

Drink Water Regularly
Drink at least 64 ounces or 8 glasses of water a day to help "detoxify" the body from the inside out. It is an essential not only for your skin, but for your overall health as well because water carry waste material out of our body. Regarding skin, if it becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne.

Watch What Your Eating
I suggest to eat plenty of antioxidants to cleans your skin and to control your acne. Juices from fruits and vegetables are the best source of antioxidant. Also, intakes of some minerals and vitamins like chromium supplement -which will help heal your pimples quickly and prevent future breakouts; Zinc -an antibacterial agent and a necessary element in the oil-producing glands of the skin which can cause acne breakouts; and Vitamin A -strengthens the protective tissue of the skin and helps reduce sebum production which actually prevents acne; will helps reduce and prevent acne from coming. While avoid excessive drinking of coffee and dairy products like milk, butter, etc. because it will stimulates the production of cortisol which promote acne.

Using these tips properly will surely lessen and prevent the promotion of acne. Just be sure to be patience because it's a long term process and cant be done in just a few days. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

Choosing the Perfect Necktie

Before anything else, let us first define what is a necktie. A necktie is a long piece of cloth worn around the neck. It rests under the shirt collar and is knotted at the throat. Men and women wear neckties as part of regular office attire, formal wear, or uniforms.

Nowadays, neckties are worn mostly by men. They wear it to have a complete formal appearance for the whole attire. In looking from those, your necktie is one of the first things people will see when you enter a room. It really compliment and accentuate your clothing, however choosing the wrong tie can end up breaking the idea of the coordination in your clothing. I know its not an easy task to choose what is the best tie for your attire. And it became even more complicated because of the huge variety of style, color, patterns, etc to choose from. That's why i made these tips to guide you from choosing the right necktie which suits perfectly for your attire.

Tip #1 – Choosing a fabric
Feel the fabric of the tie. Before you buy, ask what kind of fabric they used. If it was silk, then thats perfect because it holds the shape of your tie and at the same time, its lightweight and durable to wear. As much as possible, dont choose cotton ties because excessive wrinkling will be a big messed up on it. Wool is also good but these kind of neckties are considered less formal than silk.

Tip #2 - Tie Colors
Color in neckties is generally based in your personal choice. But you must remember a few things regarding colors to fully optimize your look on choosing the right color for your tie. Generally, if you want to compliment your shirt or suit, use a necktie which create contrast. A dark shirt is relieved by lighter colored tie and a bright shirt can be sobered by pairing it with a dark tie. Also you can wear a tie of the same color with your shirt or suit, just make sure that it was lighter or darker in shade. Here's another trick, if your wearing a striped, checked or plaid dress shirt, select a tie color that matches the dominant color of the stripes or checks in the shirt.

Tip #3 – Pattern
Be careful when dealing with patterns. One of the most hardest and yet complicated part in choosing a tie is regarding its pattern. Just always remember the general rule, if you wearing a patterned shirt, its better to wear solid ties and vice versa. Though you can still look great in wearing same patterned tie and shirt but be careful when matching. If done right, it will look polished and sophisticated. If not, it could be a disaster on your look. The trick in here is to choose a tight stripe that reads more like a solid, or to make sure the two stripes are of different sizes so they do not fight or look dizzy together. Another remedy for this problem is to can wear a plain jacket with them. By this your dazzling outfit can be neutralize by the coat.

Necktie really serves a big help to complete your look. Just be sure that you choose a suitable one that goes perfectly with your outfit. Remember to consider its fabric, colors and pattern. Hope this help. Enjoy!

2008 Hairstyle Tips for Men

Hairstyle in men are not refined as woman's hairstyles but just like women, men too love experimenting with our hair to complete their hot fashion style.

The hair has become one of men's leading concerns when it comes to hairstyle trends, i know that even you will agree that hair can make or break your entire look, and can be the key element when it comes to looking good. Also the right hairstyle can give you self-confidence and satisfaction. But we must remember that finding the right hairstyle for who you are does take a little effort though, but the results will be worth it in the end. So i made this tips for those mens who seek for the best hairstyle for themselves.

Tip #1: Find A Salon, Not a Barber Shop
Im not really against Barber Shop but based on my experiences on hair cutting, i will recommend to you to go in a Salon -as much as possible exclusive for men Salon- because they offer more treatment and great services like shampoo, blow dry, hair coloring etc. and also you have many options to choose from a variety of hairstyles they offer and by doing this you might be very happy with the result in the end. Another tip that i can give to you is to ask around and find out which stylist or salon your friends or relatives use regularly.

Tip #2: Do Not Ignore Others Suggestions
Remember that you want to look great for others, so try to ask your friends for suggestions of hairstyles that they think looks good on you. But your friends are secondary only, to achieve the best hairstyle ask the experts a.k.a. your hairstylist. They know the best for you. If you dont like it, don't worry, hair always grow back!

Tip #3: Find A Hairstylist Who Cuts You Well
If you really satisfy with the cut of your hairstylist, dont hesitate to come back again in the same salon at the same person. But if you were pissed of on your cut, for God sake dont ever come back, instead seek for another salon. Here's a very effective tip yet awkward on how you will find the perfect salon for you. Just ask. If you see a guy with a good haircut –the style that you want for your hair- dont hesitate to ask him where he get that cut. Just ask him in a polite manner and dont forget to praise his haircut first.

Tip #4: Go In a Salon In the Middle Of The Day
As much as possible, dont go in morning nor in the end of the day on the Salon, the reason for this is that if you go in those time, your hairstylist is not at his/her best condition to cut, the result might be just an average haircut and not a fantastic one. Well the best is in the middle of the day where he/she was already pumped up with already some finished customers. The worst time will be in the end of the day because at this point your hairstylist will be tired and not at his best. So make it a habit to go in the middle of the day.

Tip #5: Communicate Well and Be Good to your hairstylist
A proper communication and a good relation between you and your hairstylist is very helpful to achieve optimum result. When you describe the desired length of your hair, use your hands instead of describing in inches, it's a lot easier to understand by your stylist. As much as possible bring pictures of the desired hairstyle that you've seen in magazines or Internet. Pictures are truly worth a thousand words, so dont be shy to bring a piece.

Tip #6: A good Hairstylist deserve to be rewarded
Lastly, be generous with your hairstylist. Tip well because they will take better care of his clients and do their best efforts to achieve the best cut who tip well, they will think that those clients are taking care of them. And you will be surprised how much more attention you get if you're known to be a great tipper. See the logic?

Well as you can see, achieving the best hairstyle is not that easy as going in a salon, sit in a chair and walk home. It takes a lot of planning and effort. And i hope that this tips help you solve your problem. Enjoy!

Hair Color Tips For Your Hairstyle

We all know that hair is very important for all of us as a part of our visual presentation and not only are the right cut and style important but the right color can greatly change the total appearance as well. Certain shades go better with certain skin tones, eye colors, and clothing. There are many ways to enhance looks with different hues, highlights, lowlights, and other techniques to add something to the hairstyle. So i made this very useful tips on how you can achieve optimum result in coloring your hair.

First of all, i will discussed the different types of hair coloring products that can be use.
1. Permanent Hair Color
This makes a permanent change in the pigment of the hair shaft. It does not wash out. It will fade in time, but cannot be simply removed to bring back your natural color. Just take note that this is a job which should be left to the Pros Only! And also it is expensive and is hard on the hair to varying degrees.
2. Single Process Color
Single process means that the color is lifted and deposited in one step.
3. Semi-Permanent
It can cover gray and go darker, but cannot lighten. It lasts varying lengths of time depending on the product. Suitable for amateur colorists.
4. Deposit Only Color
These are very user friendly and usually condition and color the hair in one step.
The very popular were glazes or translucent colors are among the easiest to start with to enhance your color.

Tips Before and After Coloring
1. Before coloring:
The first thing you will do is to wash your hair with a good kind of shampoo for you to remove pollutants of your hair. Do not use conditioner or shampoo/conditioner mixtures available in single bottle. Conditioner will interfere with the dye bonding to your hair. If your scalp is soft and sensitive or your hair damaged or dry, wait about a day after washing to bleach or use permanent dye.
2. While coloring:
Follow the mixing instructions exactly as given. Use protective gloves and an old towel, especially when you are new to hair coloring. To keep the dye off your skin, you could put creamy gel like Vaseline around your hairline and it's better don't get it in your hair though, or it will unnecessarily bother your hair coloring process.
3. After coloring:
To make your coloring to last longer, rinse your hair in lemon based solution immediately after dyeing. This raises the strength of the hair color. Another tip is to add two spoons of hair color to your regular conditioner after each shampoo. Leave it on three to five minutes and rinse it with warm water. This replenishes the color that was washed out.

Remember that changing the color of your hair is not a bad thing, just make sure to follow manufacturers instructions. Also the advice of some professional hairstylist will be a big help, so try to consult if you have time. Enjoy your new look!

Tips and Rules on Choosing The Right Color

Feeling troubled over what color to wear? What color makes you look good? Well, fashion is all about yourself. The colors you wear can make or break your look. Color can enhance your facial features, eye color, and shape of your body. It can also work against you by camouflaging your body, accentuating the negative and even changing the perception of your natural coloring. Many people are not aware of which colors do and do not compliment their look. Moreover, a person's favorite color to wear is often the worst possible color for their natural color schema.

Here are the basic rules on choosing the right color for you.
1. Combine colors to create contrast
Color analysis also takes into consideration your personal color value. When you look at a black and white photograph, you can determine your value contrast. When you dress you want to combine colors that are balanced with your natural colors so that people notice your face, which is your communication center. When one wears the wrong amount of contrast in their clothing, the clothes wear the person and the person becomes invisible.

2. Choose a color that will compliment your Personality
Your personality is a consideration when choosing color. Bright, stimulating colors are appropriate if you are outgoing and energetic. However, if you are more reserved, wear soft, subdued colors. Even with softer colors, you can still accent them with livelier ones. Expressing who you are through color is very important as this truly conveys who you are from the inside out.

3. Know your Best and Secondary Colors. Stick With it!
Find your best colors and stick with them. Colors do not lie and after you figure out your primary dominate color, identify your secondary color. This is a great starting point knowing yourself better with color against your skin. In fact, it’s a little secret used in determining your best seasonal colors.

4. Compliment Color with your Body Shape
Color can hide, reshape, or accentuate the appearance of the body's shape. To change the appearance of your shape, think in terms of light and dark combinations. Many women want to reshape their hip area. A popular practice is to wear all black or dark colors in an effort to downplay curves and bulges. This can be counterproductive and actually draw attention to the area. A better camouflage is to use prints and patterns. While this may seem like it would make the hip area more pronounced, it does not. The eye is distracted by the multicolored print than the shape of the body.

Always remember that color choice is not a science. There is no one way that works for every person. Illusion is the focus. Use color as your tool, to create the illusion you desire. Take time with yourself to play with colors and patterns. This is the only way you will gain an understanding of who you are in terms of color. Make up your mind as to what you want your look to be and then work some color magic on yourself. Remember, you create your very own style. Have fun!
